General Delivery Terms
Your parcel will arrive in plain packaging of either an Australia Post Express satchel or for bigger items, in a plain Mailing Box or Package. The sender’s details will be marked as coming from our PO Box address, there will be no mention of our business name or njoytoys.com.au on the parcel so you can be assured that your parcel will be as discreet as possible!
We will intend to process your order the SAME DAY it is received and to dispatch it by 4:00pm EDT. If your order is received after 4:00pm, it will be processed the following business day. Over holiday periods and during sales promotions however this may not always be possible. If your order is delayed for any reason, we will contact you and advise you of shipping times. Of course you can always check the status of your order in the My Account section on our web site after you log-in.
Your order will be shipped Express Post via Australia Post. This guarantees next working day delivery to metropolitan areas. Anyone associated with the delivery of the parcel is unaware of its contents or origin. All packages are discreetly labeled with no reference to Njoy Australia. The return address on the packaging will be our PO Box address.
You will receive an email notification when your order has been shipped; this will include the Australia Post or courier tracking number and contact details. Products too large to be shipped via Express Post will be shipped using Australian Registered Post or courier.
The parcel will be wrapped and packed to prevent discovery of the contents. It will arrive in a standard Australia Post Express satchel or courier bag or other packaging if the item is too large.In the event the courier is unable to deliver to the address supplied, the parcel may be collected from your nearest Post Office. This is the most discreet and private way to purchase adult products. When using this service, we DO NOT GUARANTEE delivery of your parcel, however if delivery issues arise, we will assist by communicating with the Postal Service. We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for replacement of lost goods.
Will be shipped using Australia Post Express Courier International service or courier. You will receive an email notification when your order has been shipped; this will include the Australia Post or courier tracking number and contact details. Please note that you will need to sign for the package upon delivery.
International orders will be delivered within 2 – 4 working days depending on metropolitan areas of major cities.
Due to customs procedures for international orders, Njoy Australia must declare the contents of the package and show our name and return address. This cannot be changed in anyway as we must comply with Australian Customs and Australia Post or courier procedures. Njoy Australia will not be responsible for items seized by international customs.
When using this service, we DO NOT GUARANTEE delivery of your parcel, however if delivery issues arise, we will assist by communicating with the Postal Service. We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for replacement of lost goods.
Refund/ Return Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. However, because of the personal nature of our products an exchange service is not available. Please choose carefully before you buy.
We are unable to accept products which do not meet your expectations; we will only replace items which are found to be faulty.
If a product has a manufacturing defect, then you should return that product to us for a replacement. To return a defective product, you must return the product within 14 days of purchase and with original packaging if possible.
You must include return paperwork detailing the nature of the defect and the transaction number for your order. We will then examine the product and if it is found to be defective you will be issued with a replacement.
We will not exchange any item due to a change of mind, cheaper price elsewhere or if the fault was caused by negligence or inappropriate use.
Njoy Australia will not be responsible for return postage of products but in the case of items deemed faulty by us and we send a replacement; postage will be at our expense.
