General Delivery Terms - ALL ORDERS
Due to current circumstances with COVID-19, delivery timeframes have been impacted and some deliveries may run later than the expected timeframe. Delivery delays on all shipments are beyond our control particularly in the current health situation. We will do our best to ensure your order is processed and shipped in a timely manner, but delivery times are not guaranteed.
- Your parcel will arrive in plain packaging of either Australia Post or one of our preferred couriers. Determined at time of dispatch at our discretion due to COVID-19 impacts on delivery partners.
- The sender’s details will be marked as coming from THE DOUBLE ZING GROUP with a Yarraville, Victoria, Australia return address listed as we know you wish to maintain your privacy.
- There will be no mention of our njoy business name or website on the parcel so you can be assured that your parcel will be as discreet as possible!
- Orders are dispatched as quickly as possible. We always aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours of receipt.
- You will receive an email notification with tracking information when your order has been dispatched.
- The average postage time following dispatch is 2-4 business days within most capital cities, dependent upon your location. Deliveries to locations in Tasmania, Western Australia and New Zealand may take longer.
- You can always check the status of your order in the My Account section on our web site after you log-in.
New Zealand Orders
Will be shipped using Australia Post or one of our preferred couriers. Determined at time of dispatch at our discretion due to COVID-19 impacts on delivery partners.
Due to Australian customs procedures for international orders, We must declare the contents of the package. Items will be listed as MASSAGE ITEMS. This cannot be changed in anyway as we must comply with Australian Customs and Australia Post or courier procedures.
Refund/ Return Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. However, because of the personal nature of our products an exchange service is not available. Please choose carefully before you buy.
We are unable to accept products which do not meet your expectations; we will only replace items which are found to be faulty.
If a product has a manufacturing defect, then you should return that product to us for a replacement. To return a defective product, you must return the product within 14 days of purchase and with original packaging if possible.
You must include return paperwork detailing the nature of the defect and the transaction number for your order. We will then examine the product and if it is found to be defective you will be issued with a replacement.
We will not exchange any item due to a change of mind, cheaper price elsewhere or if the fault was caused by negligence or inappropriate use.
njoy Australia will not be responsible for return postage of products but in the case of items deemed faulty by us and we send a replacement; postage will be at our expense.
